Description

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will support the Deputy Director and his Staff of 16 professionals in the effective administration and operation of CEE's Programs.  The position is a professional administrative support position and requires a broad base of skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Deputy Director's schedule and provide other administrative support
  • Supervise Program Assistant (1 individual at the present time)
  • Assist in the development of internal processes to improve the effectiveness of CEE's Program operations. Once processes are approved, oversee ongoing implementation
  • Manage/conduct the planning, promotion and support of all administrative and logical aspects of CEE meetings (including quarterly member meetings, workshops, staff trainings, staff retreats and others)
  • Manage/develop qualifying product lists to support CEE Initiatives
  • Manage/assist in the promotion, scheduling, and maintenance of an online educational series for new and prospective members
  • Assemble grant and other program-related reports from Program Staff, proof and issue final reports to grantors
  • Oversee and assist with the improvement of CEE's member orientation process
  • Review and cross-tabulate CEE Program Staff expense reports for completeness
  • Manage/field in-bound phone calls and reception
  • Maintain a contact database
  • Manage/conduct mailings for Program Staff and assist with corporate mailings
  • Manage/conduct research in assigned program areas
  • - Phone surveying
  • - Literature Reviews
  • Provide administrative support to CEE Program Staff
  • Some travel required
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (others may be appropriate)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Software Products
  • 3+ years in an Administrative Role
  • Interest in Energy Efficiency
