Assistant Manager, Retail Store

Real Goods Retail Store, located at the Solar Living Center in Hopland, CA seeks an Assistant Manager for its 5,000 sq/ft retail showroom.

Strengths must include team building, ability to inspire and motivate, detail oriented, excellent retail skills, merchandising, communication and conflict resolution.

Must have 1 year experience in management with a retail company whose annual sales are at least 1 million or 2 yrs. sales experience and a degree in marketing, retail or management. Computer literacy required.
