Area Field Manager

We are a sustainable meat company, created by food industry veterans intent on building a better, values-driven food company. We work with family farmers to produce great tasting products you can feel good about feeding to your family.

We have set out to raise the bar in the industry and, by doing so, offer consumers a more compelling, satisfying experience. Our products are currently available primarily on the West Coast through natural foods grocers and other independent specialty food stores.

Responsibilities:

About the job:

• Accountable for performance of all accounts within a given territory
• Create and maintain strong relationships with team leaders and team members
• Train retail staff on product attributes
• Audit existing accounts to ensure proper execution, merchandising and pricing
• Provide detailed reporting on store checks and sampling events
• Represent the brand at events and retail locations
• Educate consumers about product benefits
• Adhere to strict food safety regulations

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and evenings
• 40+ hours per week
• Ability to travel 50% of the time
• Ability to work four 10 hour days
• Ability to use personal vehicle for transporting product and equipment to events, demos, and retail accounts
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
