Stirling Energy Systems is a pioneer in the design, development and commercialization of Concentrated Solar Power technology for utility-scale solar electricity generation.
Stirling Energy Systems sister company, Tessera Solar has the world's largest solar energy contracts with Southern California Edison and San Diego Gas & Electric and recently completed its first commercial solar power plant close to the corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Position Overview:
As a key contributor within a recently established Technical Operations team you will lay the foundations for an industry leading applications engineering capability within the Business Development function. Your role will be to work with solar project developers and our engineering and supply chain teams to analyze project opportunities and technical requirements, and develop solutions to match project needs with product capabilities.
Based in SESTM corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, you will establish deeper customer relationships and support development of Tessera Solar's domestic and international project pipeline. Qualifications:
Your broad knowledge of engineering theory and practical application, augmented by experience of renewable energy systems in commercial applications, will also enable you to evaluate market opportunities and competitor technologies. You enjoy using your mathematical, graphical and presentation skills to collate, analyze, synthesize and present well-founded conclusions and reasoned arguments from diverse sets of climate, system performance, and financial data.
