Position Overview:
A critical role with a global company, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative service and support to the CEO and staff in a high paced, small office environment.
Responsibilities:
This role will include typing, database work, calendar management, call fielding, management of the company filing, meetings coordination, computer trouble-shooting and general receptionist duties. Travel arrangements as required which will include domestic and international flights and visas.
Qualifications:
You will have at least 3 years experience in a previous administration role. You will need to demonstrate that you can build strong relationships with team members, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work using initiative.
Compensation: Competitive salary + benefits dependent on experience.
