Job Description:

The Trustees seeks an experienced accounting professional to join our Finance Department. This is a newly created full-time position which will be located at our Beverly campus, and will report to the Vice President of Finance and Administration.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a centralized purchasing function; overseeing the payroll and accounts payable functions; and managing the general ledger.

The qualified candidate must have a willingness to take on special projects and see them through to completion.

Job Qualifications:

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a minimum of five years of experience in a comparable position preferably in a non-profit organization; must have strong accounting transactional skills, analytical skills, and accounting software skills; a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience; the ability to affect positive change; good working knowledge of AP & Payroll; must be a self-starter, the ability to work independently and have good judgment.
