Position Overview:
ECS is seeking an entry level full-time Accounting Administrator at our Florence, MA office in the Nonotuck Mill. This position requires an individual with a degree in Accounting or Business with demonstrated experience and knowledge of Database Software programs including Excel and Vision.
Responsibilities:
Duties may include, but not be limited to: collaborating with our technical specialists to manage the financial accounts of our clients and vendors, assisting with project accounting and customer account management which will include; accounts payable processing, invoicing, contract management, database maintenance and customer service.
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service and communication skills are required along with the ability to be flexible, multitask, problem solve, and work under deadline pressures.
