THE POSITION

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is interested in environmental causes, sustainability and climate action and is eager to make a difference through their work in digital marketing. The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to promote ClimateHaven’s initiatives internally to our incubator members and key stakeholders and externally to the public community. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement across various digital platforms including social media, email, and our website. 
• Create compelling content for social media posts, photography, video, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials 
• Develop graphics using Canva and/or the Adobe suite 
• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights. 
• Help organize and participate in community outreach events to promote the nonprofit and increase engagement. 
• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department’s activities. 
• Support marketing team in organizing various projects, from conception through implementation. 
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities. 
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.

You are a motivated, curious, flexible person with high standards for quality and an interest in working in an entrepreneurial environment (re: a growing organization that is designed to support inspiring entrepreneurs).

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills 
• A talent for clear visual design 
• Ability to receive, prioritize and act on information with minimal oversight to solve problems effectively

• A sense of humor and a willingness to take feedback from startup members, partners, and investors to improve our service routinely, and to make participation in the ClimateHaven community a source of inspiration, value, and joy.

BASE SALARY: $50,000-$55k/yr.
