Position Overview

• Farm Career Trainee: We are seeking highly motivated individuals looking to make a difference in the world of organic farming.

Qualifications

• Qualified individuals must be willing to work in any position to learn the business from the ground up with the goal of entering our senior management team in the future.
• Preferred candidates will have college education and some prior experience in supervisor.
• Bilingual reading and speaking skills are required.
• Mushroom farming is as much a craft as it is a science that requires hands on learning.

Compensation

• Salary: $30,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
