Position Overview

A Renewable Energy Company based here in Chicago, we are looking for an Project Manager to handle plan and organize our renewable energy projects from start to finish. You will be working closely with your team members and installers to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track and completed. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, ordering products, and establishing effective project communication plans to team as well as the proper execution of said plans. You will organize and oversee installation procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of work on multiple projects
• Coordinating with customers, installation teams and subcontractors/3rd parties on all projects
• Ensure product/resource availability and allocation
• Coordinating the development of materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process
• Establishing effective project plans and ensuring their execution
• Create and organize project documentation
• Conducting post project evaluations

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects
• Great interpersonal skills and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and efficiently

Compensation

• Salary: $23.00 to $35.00 /hour
