Position Overview

We are looking for driven and motivated Outside Sales / Appointment Setter reps to grow our deal-flow and install-base in the South Bay.

We are a fast growing residential ‘Smart’ Solar company based in Los Gatos, CA. We offers new hires a complete sales training program to get up to speed quickly. You will learn the art of selling door to door to generate more opportunities and closings, to make more money. We also provide sales tools, a cutting-edge CRM platform, daily and weekly live and video trainings, and ongoing coaching and mentorship to be sure that your professional and income goals are met.

We offer competitive compensation plans that include a base salary plus bonuses and commissions. You will use one of several door pitches to educate homeowners on; rate plan changes with PG&E, how to leverage inflation and increase net worth, how to save money on power without paying out of pocket, and current state of the environment.

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods in the south bay to uncover leads and set appointments
• Walk designated neighborhoods for 2-6 hours/day while entering notes in the CRM

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age, and represent the company in a positive fashion
• Motivated, driven, good attitude and open mind
• Be prompt and responsible, and commit to the process and do what you say
• Be willing to learn, apply and work hard!
