Position Overview
Ninyo & Moore has an immediate opening in our Phoenix, AZ office for a Staff-Level Environmental Professional. The successful candidate should have 5+ years of experience with Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, and other hazardous waste site investigations commensurate with years of experience.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Certification:
- Current 40-Hour HAZWOPER training required. Other certifications and registrations a plus.
Required Skills:
- Experience in environmental-related areas that may include various field tasks comprised of site reconnaissance, soil and groundwater sampling, borehole logging, well installation, air monitoring, coordination and oversight of subcontractors, and preparation of daily field reports; and various office tasks comprised of data compilation, review and assimilation of historic information and environmental databases, assisting with report preparation and other project documents, phone/email contact/coordination with subcontractors/vendors, phone/email contact related to interviews and discussions with site owner/users, and management of tasks and task budgets.
- Candidate must have solid base writing skills, effective inter-communication skills, familiarity with ASTM E1527-13 and ASTM E1903-11, and ability to work with and support teams as well as ability to work independently when required.
- Also must have proficiency with Word and Excel.
- Prior work history with a consulting firm preferred.
