Position Overview

Tetra Tech has an immediate full time opening in our Cincinnati, OH office for hydraulic modeling oriented Environmental/Water Resources Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Computer modeling of hydraulic infrastructure including combined and sanitary sewer, storm sewer, open channel, and water distribution systems
  • Performing hydraulic calculations to assist in the design of infrastructure including transportation, collection and distribution systems, pumping station, and treatment plants
  • Preparation of technical reports for studies and design documentation

Qualifications

  • BS in in Civil/Environmental Engineering
  • PE preferred, but “on track for PE” will be acceptable
  • At least 3 years of focused hydraulic modeling experience with a preference for InfoWorks ICM experience
  • Knowledge of hydrologic, open channel, closed conduit, and pumping system principles
  • Strong technical writing and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and team-oriented approach
  • Capability with ArcMap, SWMM, InfoWater, and HEC-RAS is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills required
