Commercial Solar PV Installer

We have 1 commercial installation crew who is capable of running multiple job sites at one time. To do this they receive their overall direction from our onsite Foreman and then, for larger jobs, lead and train their own team of temporary workers to successful task completion. If you are the kind of person who likes to work alongside others, truly leading by example, then we may be the company for you. If you expect others to do all the work so you can keep your hands clean, then you will not be happy here.

Position Overview

Is quality and safety, hands down your top priority? Expecting it from yourself and those you work with before anything else? Have you worked on commercial job sites before, feeling more at home working outside, with your hands, than doing anything else? In fact, does the mere thought of being indoors, sitting behind a desk all day sound like torture to you?

Currently we have multiple positions open which are full-time. Our install calendar is booking up for the year as more commercial businesses realize the true benefits of going solar. Our current work is located within the metro Phoenix valley, and in general our work stays within the state.

Qualifications

• All candidates must be comfortable climbing ladders or stairs, working on commercial roof tops in hot, cold and inclement weather.
• They must also be able to lift 50 to 70 lbs. regularly, and can push, pull, bend, stand or kneel for extended periods of time.
• They must have reliable transportation to the jobsite and their own basic set of hand and power tools.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background checks, drug screens and Motor Vehicle reports will be performed on all final candidates.
• Employment eligibility verified through E-Verify.

Compensation

Positions available are full-time and paid hourly. Commercial hours vary depending on the job and location. Overtime and overnight travel may be required.
