JinkoSolar Inks 24MW Supply Agreement with Enfinity

JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE:JKS), a fast-growing solar manufacturer in China, has entered into an agreement to supply 24 megawatts (MW) of photovoltaic modules in 2010 to Enfinity Asia Pacific Limited, a subsidiary of project developer Enfinity N.V.

JinkoSolar branded module shipments have already begun and will continue through the end of 2010.

Gino Van Neer, Enfinity’s Asia-Pacific CEO said th modules will be utilized in several of solar projects in Czech Republic and Belgium.

Enfinity specializes in financing
and developing renewable energy projects worldwide, with operations in
the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia. The company is currently developing, building and financing solar PV
projects with a total capacity of more than 145 MW and is planning to
initiate several hundred megawatts through 2010.

In November 2009, Enfinity and Titan Energy Systems  announced a collaboration to develop, finance and construct 1 gigawatt peak (GWp) of PV installations on 3000 acres of land in Andhra Pradesh, India over the next five years.

JinkoSolar has a vertically integrated solar product business from recovered silicon materials to solar modules. JinkoSolar says it has an aggregate of more than 440 silicon wafer, solar cell and solar module customers from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the Netherlands, Germany, the United States, India, Belgium, Singapore, Korea, France, Spain and Israel and other countries or regions.
