GreenOrder Consultants Join LRN

Business consulting firm LRN has acquired GreenOrder, a leading "green" strategy firm.
Founded in 2000, GreenOrder has advised some of the world's leading
companies including Home Depot (NYSE:ODP), General Electric (NYSE: GE)
and General Motors (NYSE: GM). Called "the go-to consulting company for
green business" by Fortune, GreenOrder is best known for advising
General Electric on the creation and implementation of its
award-winning "ecomagination" initiative and also has advised senior
management at BP, DuPont, General Motors, JPMorgan Chase, Pfizer and
Polo Ralph Lauren, among other industry leaders.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
"GreenOrder and LRN have traveled very similar paths, successfully helping leading organizations produce not just performance, but principled performance," said Dov Seidman, CEO and chairman of LRN.
The addition of GreenOrder, now a subsidiary of LRN, strengthens LRN's domain expertise in energy and the environment, climate change and corporate social responsibility. GreenOrder will continue to operate its consulting business as an LRN Company.
