Training and Merchandising Associate

Put your passion for health, wellness and natural foods to work! Rewco, Inc. seeks a person who resides in central New Jersey for a full-time position as a Training and Merchandising Associate for its Wellness & Lifestyles Group.

We need an associate to service stores throughout New Jersey and the Philadelphia area. This is a fun job with a great company. Rewco provides educational and support services to stores located in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland and Massachusetts. Extensive travel within the territory and some out-of-state travel is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide educational training to store associates
• Participate in new store setups and grand openings
• Coordinate and assist with store level consumer education events.
• Provide merchandising support to store associates
• Provide general training and support to store associates when needed
• Attend brand/product trainings
• Provide detailed reports/feedback to our customer's corporate office from store level
• Troubleshoot product, department and distributor issues at store level

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of natural/organic food industry, brands & product
• Must be a New Jersey resident
• Valid driver's license, in-force car insurance and clean driving record
• Presentation and training skills
• Retail merchandising and/or store management experience preferred
• Overnight travel
• Some weekends required
• Basic Microsoft office skills
• Lift up to 30 lbs
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Self-motivation and strong work ethic
