EnerNOC has an immediate opening for an Office Manager in the San Francisco office. This position entails maintaining a functioning workplace environment for a 12-15 person branch office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a liaison with the Boston headquarters office and other branch office
* Make travel arrangements for office staff and visiting employees/partners
" Maintain office supplies and shared office equipment (e.g. copier, phones, fax)
* Support document, proposal, or large project production efforts
* Coordinate mail and shipments to and from the office
* Manage contacts within EnerNOC Customer Relationship Management (ECRM) program
* Support field staff with customer site visits
* Work with Marketing to coordinate company events in Western U.S. Schedule meeting and events
* Answer light volume of incoming calls
* Manage office accounts and facility maintenance
* Greet clients and partners. Maintain staff, conference room, web and teleconference calendars
* Create expense reports
* Provide general executive administrative support
* Conduct light web research tasks
* Maintain kitchen, reception, and other common areas
Required Qualifications/Skills/Education:
* College graduate preferred
" Strong computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through to completion quickly
* Detail orientated and thorough with desire for continuous improvement
* Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
