Senior Project Manager

RNM Design is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with design skills to supervise master planning, site planning, and urban design projects. We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated professional to be a part of the exciting growth of RNM's Land Planning team.

 

Well-organized team leaders with strong communication skills will be responsible for client management, staff supervision, budget management, and will direct and mentor junior staff. Such individual will write business communications and ensure budgets and deadlines are met. The individual will also be responsible for concept generation, preparation of designs and design refinements.

Qualifications:

 

A minimum of 10 years experience in land planning including 7 years managing large-scale planning projects. Applicants must be proficient in AutoCAD 2000 or higher. Master's Degree in related field preferred.
