Position Overview

Commodore’s Sustainability Manager will be the corporate catalyst for creating an actively engaged and vibrant sustainable culture. Our Sustainability Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our responses to environmental and sustainability issues on all Commodore projects. They will be a passionate and charismatic advocate, knowledgeable about sustainability and eager to educate our teams, to drive change and to establish best industry practices.

  • Our Sustainability Manager will represent Commodore within the industry, government agencies and local municipalities.
  • The ideal candidate will be resilient, persistent in the face of resistance, able to tap into a network of industry experts, self-motivated and results driven.
  • They will collaborate effectively and motivate others to drive change.
  • The Sustainability Manager we choose to join Commodore will be able to demonstrate a track record of using exceptional problem solving, and strong analytical skills to innovate, advocate, educate and create new initiatives that stimulate the growth of sustainable practices.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of AEC experience, with at least 2-3 years of demonstrated experience working with and growing sustainability programs.
