Solar Field Manager/Supervisor

Position Overview

Join one of the fastest growing solar companies in New Jersey and help make the world a better place! GenRenew is looking for a Field Manager to join our team in NJ and manage the installation crews as well as the service team.

Essential Job Functions

Oversee daily field operations including but not limited to:

• Residential solar projects
• Residential electrical projects
• Operations and Maintenance

Maintain a strong focus on safety to include:

• Safety checkups
• Weekly toolbox talks

Additionally:

• Maintain timekeeping system for hourly operations employees
• Perform regular QA/QC checks
• Assist Warehouse Manager with Fleet maintenance
• Perform solar system activations
• Assist in field when necessary

Qualifications

Competencies & Education/Experience:

• Residential Solar Experience Preferred
• Demonstrate integrity and a proactive approach to work situations
• Must be open to working on weekends on as as-needed basis
• Minimum 4 years of construction experience
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record required
• Pass background check
