Position Overview
We’re looking for a sales pro to join our growing team in Europe! As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue with enterprise customer accounts. Responsibilities
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Using consultative sales approach, develop and close new and upsell business opportunities
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Develop a sales pipeline to ensure continued meeting of revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with key customers
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Communicate regularly with US team
- Track relevant qualification and lead management activity data in CRM
Essential Skills
- Demonstrable track record of successful SaaS software sales
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple engagements across a wide geographic area
- Work collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Experience selling enterprise software solutions and maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts, and account history
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Qualifications
- 4 yr. university degree (or equivalent experience) and two-to-four years of experience in a sales-related environment
- Proven ability to consistently meet targets
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiar with common business applications
