Northwest Service Academy's Lower Columbia Center seeks a Field Team Member Support Coordinator with experience in program management, field work, and supervising field teams and leaders.
Lower Columbia Center is located in Portland, Oregon with an office of twelve staff and nine to twelve AmeriCorps leaders and coordinators.
Position Overview:
The Member Support Coordinator is a full time staff position that oversees and supports up to six AmeriCorps field teams that primarily work on environmental restoration and conservation projects. Position strength areas include team & leader training and coaching, technical support, managing team dynamics, oversight of team gear and tools, and associated administrative duties.
