Position Overview
Stoel Rives LLP is seeking an attorney to join its nationally-recognized energy development practice group in Portland, Oregon.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate has 5 to 10 years of experience in renewable energy contracting, with an emphasis in power marketing and/or project finance representing clients including corporate offtakers, project developers and owner-operators.
- Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, writing skills, interpersonal skills and be a self-starter with a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Experience with ISDA, EEI and/or WSPP agreements is a plus.
- Membership in the Oregon bar is preferred.
- Occasional travel may be required.
