Development Data Manager, Fundraising/Memberships

Founded in 1986, RTC’s national office is located in Washington, D.C., with regional offices in California, Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania. 

Position Overview

RTC, an environmental non-profit that promotes bike trails, walkable and healthy communities, is seeking a Development Data Manager to oversee the organization’s fundraising and membership database. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing and ensuring accuracy of constituent databases.

Responsibilities

• The position will manage RTC’s two primary databases and will work with development staff, donors, and vendors to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• The position will also play a lead role in ensuring procedures related to data entry, donor information, customer service and reporting are as effective and efficient as possible.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates with a B.S or B.A degree, must have 2 years or more of working directly with constituent databases, ideally in the nonprofit setting.
• Ability to work with different staff members and vendors in a collaborative atmosphere necessary. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
