Experienced Marketing Manager for Consulting Environmental Firm

We are seeking a marketing professional with experience in the environmental and/or technology sector who will leverage our capabilities, our large client base, and our excellent reputation to expand our portfolio of projects and grow our organization. We provide a competitive benefits package and excellent family friendly policies. Salary will be commensurate with experience and will include incentive pay tied to successful generation of new revenue streams.

• Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oakland, CA 94612
• Schedule: 8 hour shift

Responsibilities:

• Assessing our existing portfolio of clients, project experience, and technical products
• Creating a suite of marketing materials (digital and paper) highlighting these capabilities
• Deploying a CRM system (we currently use Monday) to manage marketing pursuits
• Maintaining relationships and expanding work with existing clients
• Identifying and securing work with clients in new geographies, organizations, and service areas
• Attending / Organizing promotional events, conferences, trade meetings, and other events to expand awareness of the FlowWest and build brand awareness
• Develop and maintain professional customer relations internal and external
• Continually align with business leaders on sales, and marketing initiatives
• Developing marketing strategies for new products, services offered by FlowWest
• Leading and training the staff on current marketing efforts
• Keep track of budgets

Qualifications:

• BA in marketing, business, administration or related field experience
• Previous experience in marketing advertising and brand management
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Highly efficient with time management
• Social Media marketing experience
• Email marketing experience
• Well-developed organizational skills
