Position Overview

We are looking for self-motivated, ambitious, energetic, and disciplined individuals who have the desire to make a global impact and to continuously improve themselves in their career.

This is a Direct Sales (Door-to-Door) position. Sales Experience is HIGHLY Recommended! Bilingual is a HUGE plus!

As a Lead Generator, you will be talking to multiple homeowners on a day to day basis by going door-to-door. Going door-to-door is one of the fastest ways to develop a great relationship with a potential client. This is why we’re looking for energetic, fun, and outgoing individuals that love having conversations with people.

• You will be trained on all systems and tools used by Sivana Solar in order to effectively and successfully generate business through consultations with your prospective and existing leads.
• This position provides you with an opportunity to develop exceptional business, entrepreneurial, and sales skills.
• This is a commission only position. This means that the better you perform, the more you earn. You get paid based on your results!

Responsibilities

• Manage an area with an average population of 10,000 people.
• Become knowledgeable in the solar energy space and become experienced in innovative solar energy technology along with the benefits to the consumer.
• Educate families and help them save money with our homeowner-first sales practices.
• Converse and educate homeowners about the incredible solar programs currently available to them.
• Interact with a supportive and like-minded community on a daily basis.
• Continuously develop your skills through live trainings and mentorship.
• Develop long lasting relationships with your peers and communities.

Note: HIS License is required by State Law. It is not mandatory when first joining the Sivana Solar team, but we will help you get it as soon as possible.

Compensation

• Average Compensation of First Year Lead Generator is $50,000-$70,000.
• Income mentioned above is not guaranteed. Compensation is based on individual performance.
