Consensus Business Group is a multi-faceted principal advisor to the trustees of a Family Trust, its ultimate beneficial owner. Consensus focuses on technology start-ups, environmental real-estate, clean technology companies, renewable energy projects, and carbon related services. The investment strategy is relatively open, including stocks, venture capital, project finance, funds etc. The investment size is open and varies only with the particular investment, but in many cases we do offer to provide debt and equity finance.

Our technology portfolio focuses on homeland security, biotechnology and life sciences, telecoms, media, property technologies, human resources, loyalty, and financial products. Our environmental practice area invests in companies that have renewable energy and environmental technologies that are at the first outside and follow-on stages.

In addition to equity positions in companies, the Consensus Environmental Real Estate Team (CERET) focuses on acquiring and managing asset backed infrastructure in renewable energy. Our current regional targets include Europe, Middle East, North America, Southern Africa, and the Asia-Pacific Region.
