CoBank is a financial institution that serves the needs of agribusinesses, cooperatives, and other firms servicing the farm industry including those that support rural infrastructure development (water, energy, communications) in the USA. We are capable of serving the financial needs of small cooperatives or large established agribusinesses.

A majority of CoBank’s customers are involved in some form of agribusiness – whether that’s processing, marketing, transporting or exporting products as diverse as beans, fruits, vegetables, dairy, cotton, grains and fish.  Some of our agribusiness customers specialize in farm supply products, seed, fertilizer or the growing bio-fuels industry.  We have also been financing rural communications, energy and water systems for over 30 years.
