Biography

Yellow&Blue Investment Management B.V. ("Yellow&Blue") is an independent venture capital firm specializing in development stage clean energy investments. Yellow&Blue was founded in 2008 by Nuon, a major Dutch power company, and is based in Utrecht in the Netherlands.

Yellow&Blue focuses on development stage companies in three main areas: Renewable Energy Solar, wind biomass, hydropower; Energy Efficiency  Smart grids, energy storage, energy and buildings; and Clean Fossil Energy Fuel cells, co-generation, hybrid systems

We invest primarily in European companies that have working prototypes and attractive business plans. The amounts we invest vary between €0.5 and €4 million.
