The Northwest Wisconsin Business Development Corporation (NWBDC) administers its Revolving Loan Programs in partnership with the U.S. Economic Development Administration and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
The Fund focuses on Wisconsin’s 10 northwest counties, but will consider investments in other rural areas of the state. Focus is placed on high technology businesses, manufacturing, timber, secondary wood products, and the tourism industry, but we have made investments outside these areas in the past and will consider doing so in the future. Loans typically range up to $250,000.
Businesses must be located in one of the following ten Northwest counties of Wisconsin: Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Iron, Price, Rusk, Sawyer, Taylor and Washburn.
