Since 1992, we have been designing and manufacturing environmental monitoring systems for the protection of lives and property. Our systems help identify threats posed by the weather, which include flooding, dangerous road conditions, and vulnerable dams and levees. We provide turn-key solutions from sensors in the field to central software that collects data for decision makers and disseminates alarms.

Position Overview

Provide coordination of projects as assigned, including order administration for all products and services, data analysis, and quality systems management.  Non-Exempt full time salaried position reports to General Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary Order Administrator for the company, assuring that orders for all products and services, including repairs are managed and understood by the Manufacturing, Project Management and Field Service departments that own producing the work product. Includes acknowledging, tracking, prioritizing, updating status, invoicing and closing all types of customer and internal orders.
  • Provide a single point of initial customer contact for order status, shipment tracking, and repair depot related requests.
  • Responsible for implementing the collections process, including aging analysis and Accounts Receivables collections.
  • Serve as Management Representative for ISO 9001-2008 process. Monitor resolution of corrective actions from audits and nonconformities and report status. Maintain and update the Quality Manual and other ISO related documents ISO and communicate updates within the organization. Serve as the lead internal auditor.
  • Coordinate and conduct monthly safety meetings, enlisting others to conduct the actual safety meetings as appropriate.
  • Provide data analysis support to management, including product/services cost analysis, product profit margins, monthly and quarterly sales reports, and expense reporting.
  • Act as a primary person answering incoming phone calls using good call handling skills.
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality in all endeavors.

Qualifications

  • BS Degree in related field or minimum of 5 years of experience in business administration.
  • Proficient in MS Windows Office Products, QuickBooks, Google apps, photo/video/audio editing programs and other office software.
  • Trained in and has working knowledge of business/systems analysis, project life cycle, data manipulation, SQL queries and gap analysis.
  • Skilled in professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including business communications, office systems, and record keeping. 
  • Strong attention to detail and process oriented.
  • Ability to follow assignments, establish priorities, and work efficiently and independently. 

Compensation: Compensation is based upon experience and qualifications.
