Position Overview

The Finance Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Finance team, with a hybrid focus on project accounting and FP&A functions and administration. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Systems and Reporting, the Finance Analyst will play a key role in an eight-person department that prepares the financial reports for a global multi-entity organization.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain reporting documentation and validate data integrity
  • Provide support for model changes in ERP system
  • Execute monthly internal reporting by pulling data from multiple systems
  • Support project accounting, including project setup and reporting to project managers
  • Administer expense management platform, including onboarding, ERP integration, and user training
  • Onboard vendors and contractors, including collecting appropriate documentation, vetting organizations, and managing the process
  • Perform other finance duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with intermediate accounting, finance, or business courses
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Intacct or ERP accounting software experience required
  • Advanced Excel knowledge required
  • Superb organization with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfort working independently and prioritizing competing job tasks
  • Consistency in providing a high level of service to internal clients and vendors/clients
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment
