Position Overview

Normandeau Associates, Inc., an employee-owned company and one of the nation's largest science-based environmental consulting firms, is seeking a Field Technician to assist with a study in Boston. This position is part-time (approximately 5 - 12 hours per week).

Job Description

You are the ideal candidate if you:

• are interested in hands-on field work that includes collection of ichthyoplankton samples and the determination of fish survival rates;
• work with a guiding principle of following quality control standards that result in high stakeholder value and sound scientific results;
• want to work with dedicated and talented staff; and

Qualifications

• Applicants with an academic background in the biological sciences are preferred, but we are willing to train.
• Applicants should be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
