Communications and Development Associate

Position Overview

The Western New York Land Conservancy is seeking a full-time communications and development associate who will provide critical support for its communications and fundraising initiatives including marketing, back office and event planning activities.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will have a deep passion for conservation, ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with numerous partners; Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree;
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; superb written and oral communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, patience and a sense of humor; and
• A strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours.
