Position Overview

We seek a couple of bright, highly-motivated, part-time Associates who can assist with outreach, with the option of low-key consultative sales and a chance at greater income. The Sustainability Outreach Associate job is a virtual part-time position, with flexible hours, which could complement a full-time job, summer job or part-time internship. Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as an Outreach Associate could include the following:

• Online research
• Outreach via email, no phone contact necessary
• Outreach via email and phone, if comfortable after some training
• Social media support
• Possible PowerPoint, photography or videography work

Qualifications

Desirable candidates will be:

• Dedicated to developing flourishing businesses
• Committed to minimizing climate disruption
• Effective communicators (verbal & written)
• Experienced, or at least comfortable with, a low-key marketing & sales approach
• Open to new experiences and developing new skills
• Open to work part-time, with a flexible schedule that suits you

Education and Work Experience Preferred:

• Recent college graduate or currently working towards a degree in Communications, Social Media, Marketing, Sustainability, Business, Public
• Relations, Urban Planning, or similar
• Some work may be appropriate for a mature high school senior or recent graduate
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills
