Description

~ The YMCA is a cause-driven organization that is for youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. ~

That's because a strong community can only be achieved when we invest in our kids, our health and our neighbors. We focus our work in three key areas which are; nurturing the potential of kids, helping people live healthier, and supporting our neighbors because they are the fundamentals to strengthening communities. For 150 years, our YMCA has remained relevant to individuals and communities as they change and evolve, while maintaining our core mission.

With a mission to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all, our impact is felt when an individual makes a healthy choice, when a mentor inspires a child and when a community comes together for the common good.
