Solar Services – Authentic Electric believes in renewable energy and is proud to be a small part of Oregon’s strides towards a clean energy future. Our licensed journeyman electricians and commercial estimators may assist you. We have significant experience on residential and commercial PV installs.

We handle everything on the AC side (such as modifying existing panels, installing disconnect switches and final terminations to the inverters). Our journeyman electricians can help you in managing field ratios. We are happy to jointly bid on local projects, as well.

Position Overview

Authentic Electric has an opening on its crew for a full-card Journeyman Electrician! Authentic Electric performs various types of installations, all with integrity. Our projects run the gamut: commercial, residential new construction and remodel, light industrial, solar, low volt/data, panels and meters, tiny homes, natural building, and food carts. And through these projects we handle a variety of clients including general contractors, sub-contractors, developers and homeowners.

Qualifications

• Current full Oregon Electrical Journeyman license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive can-do work ethic.
• Strong critical thinker.
• Interest in learning and growing as a professional.
• Ingenuity, integrity, and independence.
• Valid driver license and good driving record.
• Previous employer references (preferably electrical contractors).
• Work well with others or autonomously.
• Self starter.

Additional Information

• Full time employment, starting immediately.
• 4 x 10 hour days - Fridays off! Primarily Portland metro area.

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay rate based on level of experience.
