Solaire Generation is hiring experienced solar professionals for full-time Project Originator positions based in New York and the West Coast, concentrating on nationwide turnkey origination and development of commercial solar projects. The ideal candidate is a self-driven individual with a successful track record of closing deals with a profit. Solaire is strategically positioned for continued expansion and success. Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and successfully execute sales of turnkey projects.
  • Perform at the highest level in representing Solaire Generation and its full service offerings.
  • Perform all required sales activities, including sales prospecting, qualifying, account management, site
    evaluations, proposals, presentations, networking, relationship building, partnering, territory management, managing use of resources, etc.
  • Diligently respect company standards regarding accurate CRM management (i.e., Zoho: input, update and manage leads, accounts and potentials).
  • Understand and anticipate client needs, and effectively present how Solaire’s products can provide solutions that exceed client needs
  • Think creatively to contribute and advance our sales strategy and continued success.

Qualifications

  • Deep history in and knowledge of the solar industry.
  • Strong background in sales and closing deals.
  • Proficient in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and CRM.
  • Stellar oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to tailor dynamic presentations to different audiences.
  • Ability to think critically and be solution oriented.
  • Handle confidential / sensitive information with discretion.
  • Understanding of financial analytics: NPV, IRR, ROI, depreciation, cash flow, Financing (Capital Lease,
    Operating Lease, PPA, etc.).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Commensurate with experience (please include salary requirements when applying).
