Position Overview

Hart & Hickman is seeking a Wetlands and Due Diligence Professional with more than 2 years of dual-role skills in due diligence and wetlands work, for either our Charlotte of Raleigh office. Hart & Hickman’s due diligence work is particularly interesting & professionally challenging because many of our due diligence clients are also Brownfield developers.

Consequently, our due diligence services often involve complex sites that move quickly through Phase I efforts to Phase II efforts, vapor intrusion assessment, and remediation. Similarly, our wetlands projects often involve delineation followed by jurisdictional determinations, 401/404 Nationwide and Individual permit applications, NC buffer rule permitting, and developing wetlands permitting strategies.

Qualifications

• You are a great fit if you have a BS or MS degree in an appropriate technical discipline, at least 2 years of progressive consulting experience, have conducted more than 25 Phase I ESAs, 10 Phase II ESAs, and 25 wetland delineation projects.
