Position Overview
Our sales group is currently looking to add several new Energy Consultants to our team! With the best pay plan in the industry, our consultants can easily earn a monthly income of $10K. This position is performance based with the potential to earn uncapped commissions. If you have the desire to succeed, backed by proven sales experience, we offer the training needed to get you started in the ever-growing renewable energy industry.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and developing self-generated leads and appointments with potential REPOWER America’s customers.
- Qualifying prospects and managing sales of REPOWER America’s products and services.
- Acquire the documentation required to properly give a side by side energy savings comparison.
- Closing the sale using various customer sales methods.
- Evaluating customer’s skills, needs and building productive long-lasting relationships.
- Scheduling and engaging with customers during in-home sales consultations.
- Providing an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the customer's system is turned on.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Research accounts and generate or follow through self-generated sales leads;
- Attend sales meetings, sales events, trainings, and industry events to keep abreast of the latest REPOWER America and industry developments.
- Create, maintain, and expand customer database within your assigned sales territory.
- Research sales competition.
- The primary activity for all Energy Consultants is promoting REPOWER America’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of field sales experience.
- In-home and/or solar sales experience a plus.
- 80% local travel, outside of an office environment, engaged in sales, within your defined region.
- Computer and technology knowledge a must.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision.
- Professional attitude and attire.
- Desire to succeed.
Compensation: $3,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
