Position Overview
Don't even apply unless you are an overachiever and can prove it. We are in the solar industry, but we don't hire backgrounds. We hire top producers. If you're average, you can earn $80K per year with us. If you're a star, you can earn $150K+. Young or old, if you have the stuff, we'll know. Will train someone who has everything we want.
Base salary or commission-only compensation plans available, you choose, but huge performance rewards to get you to 300K and beyond each year. Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator and a barracuda closer. We have a suburb reputation and need real stars to bring in the best accounts. We provide hot leads, excellent training and a fantastic culture!
