Residential Energy Efficiency Advisor, East Bay, CA

Position Overview

We are hiring motivated Field Marketing Representatives to join our growing team that is on a mission to help homeowners upgrade their properties with cleaner and more efficient energy and water systems.

Hours:

• Tuesdays through Fridays 1 pm to 7 pm, Saturdays 10 am to 4 pm

Which areas will this position serve?

• This position will work with our East Bay Team and serve Hayward, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City.
• This position may also serve other cities in the East Bay of the SF Bay Area at a later date.

Responsibilities

• Work in the field to generate interest from homeowners on approved products and services.
• Follow up with pre-qualified leads and schedule free estimates for improvement projects.
• Represent the winning and empowering culture of Pace Avenue to help our customers improve their homes through affordable energy/water efficient means.

Qualifications

• Available at least 25 hours per week.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Passionate about making a difference.
• Love working with people.
• Great work ethic.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Great communication skills (talking and listening).
• Quick learner who is eager to improve professional skills.
• Experience uncovering customers' wants and needs.
• Experience in inside/outside sales or appointment setting is a plus!
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Tagalog a major plus!

Compensation

• Base pay of $15/hr if averaging 1 set appointment per day.
• $50 per completed appointment after the first 2.
• $100 bonuses after the 10th, 15th, and 20th set appointments of a week.
• $250 bonus for each appointment you set that leads to an installation.
