Solar Energy Consultant

~ Radiant Solar Advisors objectives are to educate and obtain proposals for home/business owners on solar specific equipment. Solar equipment ranging from solar PV, solar domestic hot water heating, and solar pool heating systems (along side additional services and products). On our first visit to the home an advisor collects information from the home/business such as: electric usage, how many people reside there, and existing equipment being used at the house/business. ~

With this information we create proposals from various reputable contractors in your area. All of our contractors then compete to work with you! On our second visit we bring you the results of our findings and see what solar can do for you. Our goals are to create more renewable sourced energy as well as create more local jobs in our hometowns.

Position Overview

We are expanding an amazing renewable energy movement and need determined minds ready to fast track their careers in the rapidly expanding solar industry. We are currently looking for Fulltime employees to join our teams TODAY!!

We have conversations with homeowners to educate them on the advantages of going solar. If they qualify for our programs we will schedule an appointment for a sales consultant to sit down with them and discuss going solar for little to no money down while saving money on their electric bill.

Responsibilities

• Qualify homeowners for solar by setting appointments
• Participate in weekly team meetings and training designed to help you improve personally and professionally
• Learn to build a customer base
• Effectively schedule and prioritize your daily schedule

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States-Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation for work purposes
• Strong work ethic and motivation to be the best
• Great communication skills
• Goal Oriented
• Strong interest in Business, Sales, or Marketing
