Position Overview

We are looking for a deli manager to run our natural foods deli and food service program. We are looking for a dynamic person with top notch organizational skills. The right person will be self-motivated, goal oriented and have previous team leading experience. We need a commitment to organic food, flexibility and able to implement systems in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Financial oversight: food cost, inventory, labor, waste
• Managing a team of around 20 employees: hiring, performance evaluations, scheduling, training
• System implementation: recipe development, food preparation, quality assurance, training programs
• Leadership: Commitment to a functional and cohesive team, clear and sincere communication, creating a clear vision and obtainable goals for the department

Qualifications

• 3 years management experience is required
