G&G Consulting is a team of Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD) Consultants. The company has been registered in Singapore since 2012 after the founders decided to merge their experiences in green buildings and automation systems design. G&G Consulting helps building stakeholders with sustainability issues, perform computational building simulations and meet green certifications.

Position Overview:
G&G Consulting seeks an individual with an interest in sustainable building design and construction to join our team as a Junior ESD Consultant.
Responsibilities:
The Junior ESD Consultant will be responsible for:
Assist Project Managers in managing all aspects of the Green Building Certification process (LEED or Green Mark) on projects ranging from small commercial tenant fit-outs to multi-million dollar new construction projects. This includes assisting team members with the documentation process and reviewing documentation.
Review project drawings and specifications for consistency with sustainability goals and certification requirements.
Perform building simulations: energy modeling, CFD, daylighting.
Participate in sustainable design meeting with clients.
Research green building technologies, trends, materials, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Policy, or similar program.
Experience Prefered.
LEED Green Associate or LEED Accredited Professional (preferred), ideally with experience on one or more LEED projects.
Green Mark Manager, ideally with experience in projects.
Familiarity with “Green Building” practices, policies, technologies, etc.
Strong time and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter with ability to work well independently and as a team player.
Knowledge of AutoCAD or IES or any building simulation softwares.
