Position Overview:
The purpose of this position is to provide an "in-house" support structure to the TXU Energy's iThermostat Program in delivering full Customer Call Center Services. The position will be located within TXU facilities in the D/FW area and will support all program requirements for TXU. This person will report to the Call Center Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering customer calls and inquires regarding the iThermostat Program
- Processing password resets and Program Opt Outs
- Resolving billing issues and promotional questions associated with the iThermostat
- Enrolling customers into TXU programs according to the approved TXU scripts
- Creating Field Service Request for Comverge installation and service activities
- Providing pro-active calling to schedule/reschedule as needed to support the TXU Sales/Marketing Programs and Office Coordinator team
- Providing on-call after hours Call Center support for Level 1 and 2 technical support the iThermostat program and coordinate with the appropriate technical and management staff for assignment and disposition of resources for customer resolutions
- Providing on-going and necessary technical and customer level training
Qualifications:
Required
- Previous Call Center/Customer Service experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced call center environment
Desired
- Technical background in HVAC and Network Communications Fields
- Ability to identify customer concerns and provide conflict resolutions with minimal supervision
- Great Communication skills
