Position Overview:

Q.CELLS North America is looking for an experienced Product Manager to add to its dynamic team to manage North American products. The Product Manager will leverage excellent analytical abilities, strong communication and organization skills, and a commitment to a customer focus to maximize profitability of Q.CELLS North America's growth.
 
Responsibilities:

• Develop Market Requirements Documents (MRD) from customer/market research and define go-to-market strategy for existing and future products for North America.
• Evaluate technical and economic advantages and disadvantages of competing technical approaches using accepted customer metrics
• Create Product Requirements Documents (PRD) for North American product portfolio
• Collaborate and assemble cross-functional team(s) on product development and product lifecycle management from strategic planning to tactical activities of new and current products
• Execute and define product launch activities
• Support sales as needed with training, RFP support, presentations, sales collateral and sales tools
• Perform all other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with MBA or equivalent are required
• Strong product management/product marketing skills with 1-3 years product management experience
• Previous solar photovoltaic (PV) experience is preferred but not required
• Understanding of electrical technical topics in solar desired
• Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup-like environment
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, a quick learner and a self starter
• Strong demonstrated leadership skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
