Soluxe Energy Solutions was founded in 2011 but its true origins date to 2006. In that year David Guggenheim directed 'Inconvenient Truth," a movie that showed how the world was wasting energy and heating the planet.

The founders of Soluxe asked themselves a simple question: How can we help homeowners and businesses lower their energy consumption AND save money at the same time? It wasn't enough, they realized, to conserve energy; they needed to find ways that were practical and affordable.

After five years of research and analysis Soluxe was born. Every home and business is unique. Soluxe helps consumers analyze their energy usage and then identify the best solutions for their individual needs.

Position Overview:

We're hiring ambitious, disciplined and charismatic professionals seeking a career in a dynamic industry with an exciting, rapidly-growing company. Sales experience is welcome, but not necessary, as our preferred candidate primarily possesses a sales-oriented aptitude and willingness to be trained.  

Our Energy Savings Advisors work with homeowners to understand their energy needs and to identify opportunities to save money with innovative technologies. Our Advisors are trained professionals with a commitment to superior customer service. 

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with homeowners
• Identifying their concerns
• Finding solutions such as solar energy, heating/cooling system conversions, back-up generators and other alternatives

• Professional appearance and effective interpersonal skills

Compensation:

• Base + Commission
• Medical
