Research Analyst/Executive Assistant

The Cadmus Group, Inc. provides consulting services to a variety of clients in the energy sector, ranging from the US EPA and states, to utilities seeking to reduce their customers' net onsite energy use. Our staff includes engineers, scientists, economists, and other professionals working on a variety of projects to assist our clients in energy efficiency and clean energy projects. Our technical staff performs a range of tasks from in-field system monitoring/resource assessment to high level policy and analytical support services. 

Position Overview: 

The Cadmus Group seeks a highly motivated individual to serve as Research Analyst/Executive Assistant to our President and CEO in our Watertown, MA Office. 

Responsibilities:

In this very visible role you will be involved in a wide variety of research, analytical and administrative activities, dealing with all aspects of our growing and successful environmental consulting firm.  You will interact with the executive management team, with staff located throughout the country, and with external constituents including Board members, clients, contractors and vendors. 

In addition, you will perform independent research on general business and some technical topics, write reports on your research, format and analyze data. 

Qualifications: 

Successful candidates will possess a bachelor's degree or higher; will be highly proficient with data collection, analysis and spreadsheet manipulation; and will demonstrate exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. 

We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated and creative problem solvers, who thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment, who manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, who can operate independently, and who deal responsibly and professionally with sensitive information. 

Candidates must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of software, particularly with Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Word Perfect is a plus.
